Job proposed date (non-preferred day) Sent when you first propose a date for the job, and the proposed date is NOT one of the customer's preferred days. Hi Alex, I'm Sam from Sam's Electrical. We'd like to schedule your solar and battery installation for 21 September 2025 at 7:30 am. We know this isn't a preferred day for you, but it's the earliest we're available. Someone over the age of 18 will need to be home for it. If this works for you, text back YES to confirm. Or let us know your preferred date and time.
Job scheduled Sent when you confirm the job date in the app after the customer accepts. Confirms the booking and provides the arrival window, letting customers know the date is locked in. Hi Alex, thanks for confirming your solar and battery installation. We've scheduled it for 21 September 2025, and we'll be arriving between 7:30 am and 8:30 am. See you then.
Job rescheduled Sent after you confirm a new date with the customer. Acknowledges the reschedule and provides the updated appointment time and arrival window. Hi Alex, thanks for rescheduling your solar and battery installation. It's now on 22 September 2025, and we'll be arriving between 7:30 am and 8:30 am. See you then.
Job reminder Sent 24 hours before a confirmed job. Reminds the customer of the appointment date and arrival window, and confirms that someone over 18 needs to be home. Hi Alex, we're looking forward to seeing you on 22 September 2025 for your solar and battery installation. We'll be arriving between 7:30 am and 8:30 am, and someone over the age of 18 will need to be home. See you then.
Job submitted Sent when all tasks are marked as submitted. Reassures the customer that work has been completed and is being reviewed, particularly helpful if they weren't home during completion. Hi Alex, we've finished your solar and battery installation and we're reviewing it now. We'll contact you again when we're done.
Job commissioned Sent for installation jobs only when the job is commissioned. Includes a link to the customer's Welcome Pack with system information, safety materials, and maintenance guidance.
