Add a customer note

To share information about a customer with your team, you can add a note in their customer workspace. These notes are visible to all team members with Console access and are a useful tool for keeping everyone up to date.

Steps:

  1. Go to the customer workspace.
  2. In the side nav, click Notes.
  3. Enter your note.

Outcome:

  • The note will appear in the notes feed.
