Delete a customer
Deleting a customer permanently removes all of their data from Console, including their sites, projects, quotes, and jobs. This action cannot be undone. Only admins can delete customers.
Steps
- Go to the Records dashboard and click the customer's name to open their record.
- Click the delete icon in the top right of the customer record.
- In the confirmation dialogue, enter the customer's email address.
- Click Delete.
Outcome
The customer and all of their associated data are permanently deleted from Console.
