Delete a customer

Deleting a customer permanently removes all of their data from Console, including their sites, projects, quotes, and jobs. This action cannot be undone. Only admins can delete customers.

Steps

  1. Go to the Records dashboard and click the customer's name to open their record.
  2. Click the delete icon in the top right of the customer record.
  3. In the confirmation dialogue, enter the customer's email address.
  4. Click Delete.

Outcome

The customer and all of their associated data are permanently deleted from Console.
