Add a customer and site
Before you can start a project for a customer, you need to add them to Console and create their site.
Add a customer
Steps:
- Go to Records, then click Add customer.
- In the drawer that appears, enter their details.
- Click Create.
Outcome:
You'll be taken to the customer's workspace for your new customer.
Add a site
Steps:
- In the customer record, click + Site.
- In the onboard customer site task that appears, enter the site details.
- Click Submit.
Outcome:
The site will appear in the customer workspace.
Add additional sites
Each customer can have multiple sites in Console.
Steps:
- In the customer record, click + Site.
- In the onboard customer site task that appears, enter the site details.
- Click Submit.
Outcome:
The additional site will appear in the left sidebar.
