Create a service project
Service projects are used for post-installation activities like maintenance, warranty claims, or audits. The default job types are audit and replacement.
How to create a service project
Steps:
- Go to the customer's site record
- Find the Projects section
- In the actions, click Create project > Service project
Outcome:
A new service project will be created for the site, along with a create service request task.
