Job statuses
As a job moves through its lifecycle, it’s given a status that describes its current state.
Why statuses matter
Understanding statuses helps you:
- Track the current state of individual jobs
- See who needs to take the next action (Installer or office team)
- Identify where work is stuck or needs attention
Job statuses
A job is a site visit performed by your installation team. As the job progresses from creation through to completion, its status tells you its current state.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Created | The starting status for every job. This means it has been created in the database but hasn't been allocated to an Installer. |
| Assigned | The job has been created and allocated to an Installer. |
| Accepted | The installer has accepted the job by proposing a date and team. |
| Scheduled | The Installer has confirmed the job date with the customer, and the date is set on the job record. If the date is changed, the status is updated to Rescheduled. |
| Prepared | All actions prior to the site visit has been completed and the job is ready to go ahead. |
| Submitted | The Installer has submitted all the required Tasks for the job. |
| Reviewed | The Installer documents have passed Operator assessment. |
| Commissioned | For installation jobs only. Indicates the system is compliant and all documentation and external processes have been completed. |
| Completed | All other work have been completed for the job, and it has successfully passed review. |
| Cancelled | The job is no longer proceeding and has been cancelled. |
