Quote statuses
As a quote moves through its lifecycle, it's given a status that describes its current state.
Why statuses matter
Understanding statuses helps you:
- Track the current state of individual quotes
- See who needs to take the next action (Installer or office team)
- Identify where work is stuck or needs attention
Quote statuses
A quote specifies the system you've designed for a customer. Pylon Proposals are represented in UPowr as quotes. As a quote moves through the sales process, its status describes its current state.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Initiated | The starting status for every quote. This means that a Proposal has been created, but hasn't been synced. |
| Created | The Proposal has been synced to UPowr as a quote. |
| Accepted | An installation job has been started. |
| Voided | The quote is no longer valid and will not proceed. |
