Add a linked Pylon project

You can link a Pylon project to your UPowr sales project in two ways:

1. Start a new Pylon project that's automatically linked to UPowr
2. Link an existing Pylon project

Once connected, your Pylon proposals will automatically sync to UPowr as quotes.

Option 1: Start a new Pylon project

Use this option when you're starting fresh and want UPowr to create a new Pylon project.

Steps:

1. In UPowr, go to your sales project, find the Pylon integration box, and click Start Pylon project. Pylon will open.
2. In Pylon, create your Pylon proposal.
3. In UPowr, on your sales project, click Sync with Pylon

Outcome:

• Your UPowr sales project and new Pylon project will be linked
• Pylon proposals will be represented in the UPowr sales project as quotes
• When you update an existing Pylon proposal or create a new proposal, you can click Sync with Pylon to bring the changes into UPowr

Option 2: Link an existing Pylon project

Use this option when you already have a Pylon project and want to connect it to your UPowr sales project.

Steps:

1. In Pylon, copy the URL of your existing project. (It will look like this: https://app.getpylon.com/library/abc123/view/xyz789)
2. In UPowr, go to your sales project, find the Pylon integration box, paste the URL, and click Link project.

Outcome:

• Your existing Pylon project is now linked to your UPowr sales project
• Pylon proposals will be represented in the UPowr sales project as quotes
• When you update an existing Pylon proposal or create a new proposal, you can click Sync with Pylon to bring the changes into UPowr
