Operator experience improvements

We’ve made floor to ceiling updates to Console to improve its functionality and how it looks and feels. There are too many changes to list here, but we've added:

• Action cards to make it easier to identify the next step and move the workflow along.
• Animated notifications in the sidebar so you always know when your Pylon quote needs to be synced.
• Info banners to inform you when the job is being worked on in the installer app.

And much more

Updatable note for installers

To improve communication between office-based and in-field teams, we’ve made the note for installers updatable.

Operators have always been able to use this note to share additional context or special instructions about a job. Now, however, when things change, they can update the note in Console, which will then update the note in the Installer app and job info sheets for the installation team to see.

Tasks view in Console

We've added a new Tasks view to the Records dashboard, so you can see and manage all tasks across your company in one place.

Key features

• Prioritise and assign work faster - Search, or filter by assignee, project stage, or type to quickly identify what needs attention and who has capacity
• Make better operational decisions - See the full picture of what's in progress, what's blocked, and where resources are needed
