Asset register

We've added an Asset Register to Console, giving you a centralised view of all installed assets across your customer base.

Previously, tracking assets meant relying on individual site records, spreadsheets, or manufacturer portals. Now, you can see everything in one place.

Key features

• Search and find assets fast - Use the search bar to find assets by any column in the table, including serial number, customer name, and product type.
• Filter to narrow your view - Filter by asset status, product type, installation date range, or warranty end date range. Combine filters with search to drill down to exactly what you need.
• Export to CSV - Download your current filtered view as a CSV file for reporting, compliance, or manufacturer requests.

Updated asset statuses

As part of this release, we've simplified asset statuses to be clearer and more consistent:

• Pending install is now Allocated
• Under maintenance is now Servicing
• Commissioning is a new status for assets that are installed but not yet commissioned
